This hotel was wonderful! They welcomed us with champagne to enjoy as they helped with our bags and showed us to our rooms. There were some complimentary snacks and water for us in the room. The room was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The complimentary breakfast buffet was delicious with a variety of food. The location was excellent! First off this hotel was great. We had stayed 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel staff were so friendly, nice, and welcoming. They all spoke English which made it very easy to ask questions or order food.

Very nice room and staff were great. Great location! Easy walk to everywhere. I will say many stairs. Steep narrow stairs. We were on top floor and with a stroller had to walk many stairs many times. There is a tiny elevator but it only goes up one floor and you still have to use stairs to get to and from it. So if you have issues with stairs this is not the place. Otherwise it was a wonderful place to stay.
