The location of the hotel was perfect for us, as it was central to the downtown shopping area, the university, and the tourist sites. Even the Lindt outlet store was an easy walk. The staff was willing to speak English or German and answered all of our questions. The breakfasts were typical German and we're one of very few hotels we've stayed at that served Westphalian Ham (we love it.)
The next time were in Aachen, we will be staying here again.
Second time I’ve stayed at this B&B. For me, it’s all about location. Love that I can drop my things in the evening at my room and then go enjoy and get dinner right down the block in the city center. Nothing fancy about the rooms but you can’t beat the location
The hotel was modern with small but clean rooms and a good location. Bathroom setup with tub & separate shower plus additional toilet room was nice, but with the sofa bed made, there wasn't anywhere to leave our luggage. The kids play area in the lobby, kids' check gift & a large breakfast buffet was very nice extra for the kids. The bar was opened late for the world cup game, which Germany won - definitely a great way to end the day.

We were on our way from Germany to France and this hotel is perfectly located on the Autobahn, ideal place to stop for a good nice rest. The gas station and restaurant are conveniently located nearby. There were lots of parking possibilities.
This hotel was conveniently located to the centre of Valkenburg and a short drive to Landgraaf and Zuid Limburg. We stayed here for a multi-day event at Megalands (concert venue in Landgraaf), and it was perfect for our needs. The rooms were clean, the kitchenette (complete with coffee maker, tea pot cups, bottle opener, wine key and refrigerator) was very useful, and the shower pressure in the bathroom was great. The hotel is delightful, the staff excellent, the location perfect (especially if you are an Andre Rieu fan and are fortunate enough to be there when he is scheduled to perform), and the city amazing. We had planned to arrive before 6:00 p.m., but our GPS had a mind of it's own; thus we were late from Amsterdam. It is my second stay at this hotel because the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the property is very conveniently located across the central station so you can drop off my luggage right away and go into the town even if you arrive before 3 pm check in time. A perfect location when you are traveling by train.
