Wonderful location on the shore of the lake. Short walk to old town and neighborhood bars and restaurants. We rented the ebikes 3 times for a trip around the lake.
The first compliment is with the great customer service at the check in desk, the girl was very polite ams knowledgeable, second the location in front of the lake was fantastic, also walking distance to the old town, very clean, confortable and the best shower ever.

Had an amazing stay here. The hostel is newly built so everything is quite new. It’s not located close to the city centre but it’s only about 15-20 bus ride away. The bus stop is right outside the hostel which makes it very convenient. It also includes. Breakfast!! There’s toast cheese cold cut, multiple kinds of yogurt and drinks. Their coffee is very good! Hotel was clean, new and spacious. The room was well designed and quiet. Continental breakfast was great and worthwhile. I stayed on a higher floor (7th) and it was perfect with no discernible street noise. Tram nearly across the street from the hotel takes you right downtown Geneva. Was close enough to the Palexpo convention center that I walked there every day (about 1.4 mile walk through quiet streets to the back entrance of the convention center). Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff and they let us check in early. Thank you. Restaurant on the property which was nice since there aren’t any within walking distance. The only complaint was the lack of cool air in the room. We had to ask for a fan.
Our extended family rented the large villa home on the property. It was so beautiful and much larger than we even expected. The staff was lovely, and accommodating, especially Zoe. As for the rest of the property, it was simply beautiful. I’d love to try the hotel restaurant and spa on property on our next trip. We would love to stay there again and recommend the house villa for large families. Absolutely made our stay in Annecy a wonderful experience.
The location of the hotel is great, right on the lake, close to the water shuttle and good restaurants. The staff were helpful and nice. My only negative was the breakfast. The salmon and the lemon were dried up and the orange juice watery. We decided to pass on eating there.
