Best hotel I stayed in Europe. Staff and owner were amazing. So friendly and helpful with hikes, even led me on a hike and drove me to train station and into town on golf carts. Beautiful hotel too and best views.
Clean rooms, great parking and the staff was super friendly. We had the family room and it was great for our crew! Loved that we didn’t have to share bathrooms with the kids. I would definitely return as it’s so close to Kitzbuhel but half the price.

What a rare find! Hotel Erika is a hidden gem! Full of old world and traditional charms, but with all the modern comfort without the pretensions of big hotels. Love everything here. No kitchen in our room. Room was clean but we only had the cleaner come in twice in 6 nights. View was fabulous. Comfortable bed. Staff was super nice and helpful.
My only complaint was that the Expedia site reported that this property has a hot tub but it does not. I am not sure whether the error is on the part of Expedia or the hotel, but I wanted to point that out.
Excellent place to stay. Daily shuttle to and from the mountain for skiing. Phenomenal breakfast every day. Great sauna and pool. Delicious restaurant for dinner option as well. I will definitely stay here again.
This place is amazing. Very friendly staff, great food, ski in & ski out. You truly feel like you’re on vacation here. Just watch out for the access road in the winter. It snows very often since the hotel is so high in altitude and the road is a long steep incline with sharp turns. If it’s winter time it’s a good idea to have chains for the tires. Overall loved the stay, my favorite part of the trip
