"I came over here mainly for a World Cup game , but enjoyed visiting Toronto for first time and added a blue jays game and tour of Cn tower and a day tour of Niagara Falls , a big bonus was visiting my cousin and her kids too. Staying at Hyatt Regency downtown was a good decision because of accessibility to just anywhere that I wanted to go and reach. Great and helpful staff, had fun the whole week of my stay in Toronto and Hyatt 😊"

"We booked a room with two queen beds and were given a beautifully spacious room on the 19th floor facing Lake Ontario where we could watch aircraft come and go at Billy Bishop Island Airport. Check-in was quick and staff were friendly. On-line check-out didn't work but front desk staff were available and it was quick and efficient. There was an issue outside of the hotel's control, but management handled it quickly and with satisfaction. The room was clean and had great amenities. My husband loved the bed as it helped his sore back and he loved the Nespresso coffee. I found the taps difficult to use though and it took some time to adjust the temperature in shower. I would have also liked a bigger mug for the tea, plus a luggage rack would have been helpful. Garage is heated and clean and has plenty of EV plug in spots. We ordered room service which was quick and delicious. Only stayed the one night for an event that was very close which is why we chose Hotel X. Didn't have time to check out the pool or gym, but was a nice stay overall."
