Coming off I-95 the property is on the left with a narrow entrance sandwiched between a Hampton Inn and a Wendy’s exit. I missed it the first time.
I’m not sure whether this is a new property or an old motel that was renovated and rebranded as a Best Western hotel. In any case it is well maintained and attractive.
It’s a couple of miles from downtown Manning so eating options are basically fast food. Breakfast buffet was OK.

From the friendly welcome from the staff, to easy check in, to a very modern, well kept room, I don't know how it could have been better! The beds are the best! The free breakfast was much more than we expected. Eggs, Sausage, waffles, everything you could want. I was so impressed, we looked up another Baymont Inn for our return trip. They now have a customer for life!
For the price, it was excellent for an overnight stay on road trip. Room was clean and had newer comfortable bed/mattress and bedding. Very convenient being able to park right in front of the room. Nice new light fixture on wall between beds with USB ports for both Android and iPhone. Nice size mini fridge . It is obviously an older motel but owners making appreciated changes. For the price, well worth it.
