"The hotel was beautifully decorated for the Holidays. The front desk person, Louise was efficient, welcoming, friendly, helpful, and just an asset to this hotel.
The room was clean and comfortable. The room had water for the guests which is a nice touch. The bathroom was clean and had all the amenities one could need. The only negative comment I have is the pillows on the bed were not comfortable, which would not affect my choice to return here.
The breakfast was absolutely delicious. (I travel each week for my profession) and the food was freshly made, and there was a wide variety of choices: fresh fruit, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausage, potatoes, and different pastries.
It was such a pleasant stay. We will definitely be back."
"I stayed here for three nights, the woman who checked me in was so friendly! my room was clean and quiet with a beautiful view of sunset, I had a few difficulties with my TV and the staff was so helpful even though they couldn’t figure out how to fix it, also since the jacuzzi and business center were not available and there was no breakfast one morning due to the chef not being able to come in, I was compensated immediately with out asking they were so nice and apologetic
The manager Mo was so accommodating he himself got me a bagel and a bowl of fruit since there was no chef. He has also really chosen the best staff!
Thank you so much 💕"
"We were told at check in that breakfast was served until 9:30. We entered around 8:40. There was barely a scoop of each hot food. A server brought out 3 sausage sandwiches, quiches and bacon. By 9:00 they were cleaning everything up. When one family entered, a woman told them breakfast was over at 9. She then proceeded to talk nasty about them after they walked out because they should have known breakfast was over. If breakfast is over then, front desk should know so the message can be conveyed accordingly. Other than that distasteful incident, our stay was fabulous!!"
