Everything was great. Clean rooms shower water pressure fantastic and plenty of hot water night and next morning. Would definitely stay there again. The breakfast was great tasting and plenty of choices. Staff very friendly.

Close to town and within walking distance of food and beach

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront resort in Port Clinton! From the moment I booked, the staff impressed me with their courteous service — they even called ahead to personally provide check-in details, which made the arrival process smooth and stress-free. The resort is right on the beach, and I was pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained the beach area was. Access to the beach couldn’t have been easier — just steps away from my room, making it perfect for a morning stroll...

We had a fantastic stay! Check in was quick and easy. Valerie at the front desk was wonderful! Helpful, efficient, and so kind! Breakfast was delicious, and the pool and spa were great for all travelers who were ready to play a bit. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. Our room overlooked the water and was just so relaxing. A great place to stay for any length!

Booked this Hotel as a stop on our way to Illinois for a family gathering. Booked with the Hotels.com app while driving and they were all set for us when we arrived. Check in took 2 minutes and we were ready to rest up for our drive the next day. Room was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast the next day was perfect. Will definitely stay again.

From check-in to check out the staff was very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean from the lobby, hallways, elevator and the room.

The Wave was awesome! We stayed in the 3rd floor suite, the view of lake Erie was amazing! The people were helpful and friendly.

Absolutely the best place to stay in Put in bay

This was a great location if you like water activities! The beach was a 2 minute drive. You can watch the sun set and rise from the deck. Plenty of chairs and the pool was always clean. Restaurants in the area have water side dining. The mayflies were pretty bad but just stay away from lighted areas. Staff was wonderful. We even had one of the guys kill a centipede for us. Very nice people. Planning our next trip there already!

Lovely place to stay. Great location!

Overall, the hotel was great. The staff was amazing. The room was decently cleaned. The air conditioning was subpar. I didn’t really use the pool or any of the amenities, but it looked clean. Parking was great. I got the park right in front of my room.
