Room was well furnished with all the amenities including free WiFi , coffee and bottled water.
The room was clean like new. The air conditioner worked great. The shower was soothing with good hot water. The cafe food was excellent and the choices were many. The staff was excellent, especially Astrid at the front desk and Mayia in the restaurant and coffee shop.
Omar and Ricardo made a wonderful team to help us find all of the venues we wanted to visit. It's Lenny was a exceptionally good receptionist and the three of them made a great team to make our stay very comfortable and exciting.
Sergio was very knowledgeable and passionate about the environment and all the little critters running around here and we thoroughly enjoyed his tour.
Older property but very clean. Loved how quiet it was. We had an ocean view room. Loved sitting on the balcony watching the ships come by for the canal. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.
The property is in a great location to be able to walk surrounding areas. The staff was great in assisting and the room was very clean and quiet. Great place to stay
My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!
This is a nice hotel with a good view of Panama City, Panama, during the day and at night. Very large room. Modern decor. Clean. Continental self serve breakfast is OK. It does not have a beach.
My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.
Our experience with the staff of the Renaissance Hotel was indescribable. The entire staff starting with the front desk, the restaurant, housekeeper, concierge it made us feel welcomed since day 1.
