The hotel was BEAUTIFUL and in such a great area (Casco Vieja). I love the fact that you could totally hang out at the hotel at the bar, spa, or at one of the many restaurants. The only suggestion that I would make is for the rooms with terraces, to chairs to the terrace. We loved going out on the terrace, but there was no seating. However, even with this suggestion, it would only bring my rating down to a 9.5.
Amarlanis a beautiful, spotless, boutique hotel. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely make you feel at home. My room was quite small, but complete with everything i needed. I would recommend it to a friend looking for a place to stay in Casco Viejo!
This hotel was great. Its location is perfect for a loop around the historic area. The staff is friendly, and most are fluent in English. Everything was clean and the room was spacious with a great balcony. They staff the front door 24/7 so no one unwelcome can enter.
The rooftop bar and food was great. It isn't open 24/7 but there are plenty of other options for places to eat, and it is open at meal times. Wifi worked well.
We arrived early from the David airport around 10am and we were just going to drop off our bags and they not only held our bags without question but then also took the time to make sure we had our room early if one was available! (Which there was!)-just be aware during their peak season it may not happen we were just lucky in the off season! The staff is SUPER friendly! My husband & I stayed 3 nights at this lovely hotel in the heart of Casco Viejo, Panama. We loved the place. Staff is super helpful and kind. LOCATION LOCATION. Main Plaza and Cathedral are located one block away. Main places to visit, plazas, great rooftops, and great restaurants are at walking distance. When back to Panama will definitely go back to this hotel.
My family enjoyed a wonderful visit. While checking in we made plans for the entire holiday. This allowed us to see not only Panama City, but also to visit beaches and other historical sites. The hotel restaurants were excellent with great service. The hotel facilities, including the pool and gym, were new and spotless. We look forward to future visits!

Although, hotel areas and bedroom were clean, the bathtub walls presented mold, otherwise highly recommended.
I love everything about your hotel, staff was excellent especially Andre' from the restaurant he works the evening shift he took care of us. Food was excellent. Kevin from reception did a great job and also yonnay the bellmen. Housekeeping always made sure we where good. I would recommend your hotel.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We stayed for 2 nights upon our arrival in Panama and for a night before flying home. The hotel staff were very welcoming, the room was clean and comfortable and the hotel is situated in a wonderful, eclectic and vibrant area. We could easily walk to great restaurants, wonderful sights or catch an Uber to go anywhere else. We loved it!
One down side was that we had to climb up 3 floors (6 flights of stairs) to our room. There isn't an elevator, so pack...
Great stay! We had wonderful service. The lady at the front desk recommend and arranged a taxi driver for a tour around the canal zone. We went to the Miraflores Loch visitors center and took the tour. It was amazing! We only had a few hours before heading off to Bocas del Toro, so we were able to see a lot prior to our flight out of the nearby airport. I highly recommend this hotel! It is loud on the weekend with the fabulous rooftop deck, and we loved it! Not a place for families or those...
It was amazing. Breakfast was great, hotel was super clean, the spa service was amazing too and the people that works there super helpful and super nice. Definitely I would come back any time I need to go to Panama.
