The host at the Laughing Horse Lodge makes you feel like an old friend that came to visit. The breakfasts were wonderful as was the advice on our visit and places to see.
The property was wonderful! The restaurant Pesca for dinner was not, however. The steaks were unseasoned (no salt/pepper), a sauce poured on them was cold like from the refrigerator & tasted like Heinz 57, & brussel sprouts burnt, cold, & unsalted. The mashed potatoes were lumpy & tasted like they were microwaved. Sad, because the Lodge itself was perfect.
This location, accommodations and personal service was amazing. Kelly and Monty were incredible hosts who really made us feel like family. The continental breakfast presentation over the top with an assortment of breads, cheeses, cereal and fruit. We had brought fresh WA peaches which Kelly turned into several pies for her guests! They also offered a bar/casino on the same property. We will return in the winter to ski Montana. Thanks so much for a great vacation1
There was a nice note from the staff each evening. The bathroom was set back up for the second night with new soaps and towels stacked nicely and the presentation was great. Everything in the room was well proportioned and clean. We enjoyed our stay here.
We were soooo excited about our stay , we were looking forward to giving our money for out stay locally , our first problem was when we called the timbers to let them know that we would be arriving a day later than planned as we were traveling from 2000 miles away , we were told that we would not be charged for the first night , which we were , the motel portrays that it offers a pool, sauna and hot tub ,only the pool is in working condition, the room was also dirty and had bugs in it , when we...
This is the cutest place. It was so clean and comfortable. It was within walking distance of cute shops and places to eat. We ate at Pocketstone and it was delicious. There was live music and a playhouse within walking distance.
We loved our cabin - the deck with lake view is hard to beat. Roxie was an awesome host and was so welcoming of our pups. We cant wait to return and highly recommend.
Very nice, clean, cozy apartment with 2 bedrooms, decent kitchen, big bathroom and porch (second floor) with little gas grill. They also have bigger charcoal grill in their yard that we used. The area is very peaceful. We would stay there again if given the opportunity.
