Great stay!

Our stay at the Country Inn was eventful as a near hurricane blew through the area knocking out power to the hotel, and surrounding, for over 7-hours. Altnough, the situation wasn't ideal it gave the opportunity for the staff to shine. They did. Helpful, professional, kind and friendly is the only ways to describe this group. Even in emergency mode they remained calm and professional throughout. Our 5-star rating on this property is based purely on the staff.

We had a wonderful experience at Hampton Inn & Suites Richmond/Virginia Center this past weekend. My husband and I were given tickets to a show in the area and decided to make a weekend of it. The room (king bed) was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bathroom was by far one of the largest hotel bathrooms I had seen in a while. The front desk was kind and helpful. Loved It

I loved the suite that was equipped with a small kitchen area. This was truly a studio apartment. Another plus was the basketball court. One more great amenity was the common area that contained a grill, lounge chairs and a gas fire pit. The only concern was the lighting in the parking lot at nights.

Great place to stop off when making trip thru Richmond

I was very content with everything and i will continue staying there for my multiple trips I'll be making.

An overnight stay to go to the theatre. Hyatt was clean, up to date, and accommodating. We enjoyed it.

The attendants all over the property were very welcoming.
