The Queen Anne has ruined me for hotels, motels, etc. The owner/operator, Val, is a sweetheart, and goes above and beyond at any time of day to ensure her guests have what they need. We WILL be back, and soon!

From the front desk to the housekeeping and the room itself, I wish I could give 10 stars ! You were all amazing and I’m so mad I don’t remember the lady at the front desk her name but she was so helpful and went above and beyond , she checked us both in and out very helpful and kind to me and my girlfriend! All three ladies at the desk were amazing and very friendly , you guys have a great staff and I haven’t had an experience like this in so long!

Great place to stay

I arrived for my sisters wedding ahead of a hurricane causing major evacuations, many people being bussed into Augusta. The hotel was over run and yet they still took the time to make my stay perfect. The staff goes above and beyond to satisfy and the hotel itself is polished even when fully booked amid chaos. I've stayed in Augusta to visit family often and will be sure to only use this hotel in the future. 5 stars!

The location was fantastic!

This is a very nice hotel in all regards. It has been restored very well; the room was spacious and comfortable. We had 3 excellent breakfasts each day. The location is perfect for shopping and dining in the downtown area. We thoroughly enjoyed Aiken and this hotel.

Staff was friendly. Check in was easy. Property is clean &!we’ll kept. Surrounding area has a variety of places to eat. And also feels safe.

Good one night stay for a trip to the Aiken Steeplechase. Room was large. Bed was comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Property grounds nice. Front desk made sure to walk me through the process for late check-in, so I had no issue on arrival. Would stay again.

The Staff was great. There was a cockroach in my room. I know in the south that is a common thing but I could not sleep after I saw it.

There was $150 pet fee which was not published prior to checkin. That is outrageous!

The staff was great, they worked with me on staying there while bowling in a tournament.

I gave it a four star on the cleanliness only because the room smelled like cigarette smoke

John was very welcoming and kind! The Inn was beautifully kept and we enjoyed it immensely.
