I've stayed in four- and five-star hotels many times, and I was surprised that the rooms in this hotel compared favorably. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever encountered. The pillows and especially the duvets were plush and soft. It was great to have a personal mini-fridge and microwave in our room. We enjoyed late-night hot snacks and cold drinks throughout our stay. Staff was very nice and hotel was very clean. They really stressed their "no smoking in room" policy and the rooms smelled clean and fresh.

We reserved this room for out of town guests for my mother’s funeral. Last minute changes required a name change on the reservation. Viola handled everything for me in minutes without any hassle. She made a tough day much easier with her kindness that was so needed. She was an angel!

I like the fact that it is literally 5 minutes from Fort Leonard Wood right out the main gate. The room was quiet and nice, as a single woman traveler I felt like it was in a relatively safe area. The parking lot was well lit and close to entrance. I would stay here again.

Great property, less than 5 min from fort Leonard wood. My family stayed in the studio suite, which was basically a small apartment. The space was more than enough for us (family of 4). The area is mostly quiet. Pool/gym open 24/7. Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was nice. Room was clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Please if you are in town for any Army Graduation. This place I rate a 10!!! Everyone so kind and nice in there. The place has everything you need from full size Refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. The rooms are clean and house keeper always there. Definitely when I am back in fort Leonard Missouri I will go there. Very close to the army base 5 minutes down the street. Lots of food options there and grocery stores.

The property is everything they say that are. The only frustration is they charge a separate $10.00 (plus tax) resort charge, regardless of whether you use the resort amenities. This "hidden" charge should simply be a part of the room rate and not a surprise when you check out.

This is our third stay at this hotel since August 17, 2016. Our son graduated army boot camp August 19, 2016. We have been back to this area twice since. We return to this hotel because the beds are comfortable, the hotel is neat and clean, employees are nice and efficient. Good breakfast each morning. The price is affordable. Next time we come back to visit we'll stay here again.

Not much to say but excellent stay all around. Staff was friendly, helpful, and facility was clean and well maintained. Rooms where clean and confortable. Had a chance to speak with the hotel gm upon check out and I complemented on cleanliness of his facility. I was informed even the filters on the hvac system was cleaned every day. The people working there were amazing and accommodating. We were very nervous about traveling with a toddler during COVID and moving cross country, but Chris, the front desk manager, was extremely patient and answered my many questions and met my many requests. By the night of check in, Ashlee was ready and had accommodated everything we asked for and also helped out when I realized my ice had melted and I was at risk of losing my frozen breastmilk. We stayed in a two bedroom with 6 adults for a concert at ozark amphitheater. They had our room ready to go when we arrived. It was clean cool and well stocked. Beds were comfy with clean linens. Plenty of towels, paper supplies, soaps etc. They have grills, a blackstone, kayaks, a lily pad, a water trampoline and so much more!! I had asked for a ground floor room but when my husband checked in they gave him a second floor room. I have a slight mobility issue but can manage stairs if I take it slow enough. I asked the clerk where the elevator was and she said they didn't have one. I made a comment about how I had asked for a ground floor room but oh well. Great ho

I drove over a thousand miles for my son's military graduation. When we arrived, the front desk staffers, Amber and Floyda, were great. They fixed a booking glitch and could not have been more kind, especially during a time when the hotel was extremely busy. The entire staff took good care of us and could not have been nicer. The hotel itself is nice, but to me a great staff really makes a stay.
