"This was a last minute booking after leaving a not so desirable hotel, and everything was perfect. The room was spotless, the service was exceptional and room service breakfast both days was very good. "

"I waited for 30 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check me in. Once she arrived, the young woman was very nice and helpful. There was no working elevator and I had to climb the filthy stairs with my luggage. The hallway was also filthy and the room was in terrible shape. I stayed 5 mins and checked out-forfeiting the money I had paid for two nights. I didn’t feel safe and the facilities were deplorable."

"This is absolutely horrendous, we were given our first room, and the beds were not made, and there was blood in the bathtub and walls, we were then given a second room, there was blood under the toilet seat and blood on the walls in the shower the "Continental breakfast" A COMPLETE SCAM, nothing but toast and yogurt, they claim to have a heated pool, the pool was freezing, Also they have a side door that said its locked between 11pm-5am NEVER LOCKED BIG SAFETY CONCERN"

"Check in staff Julianna was very friendly and helpful. But we found the safe locked. We had to call the front desk twice before the so called engineer showed up. He looks very young and doesn't look like what he was doing. He put a code in which didn't open the safe. He said it is broken and had to be replaced and he cant do anything tonight. I had this problem in other hotels and they usually fixed it for me. Then the next day the cleaners took our towels but forgot to leave fresh ones. We had to call the front desk again to get fresh ones. I think this hotel is poorly managed."

"I’ve stayed here many times and have always liked the hotel. However this time the room we were in was recently renovated. It was not done properly. Also it was dirty. Dust and fingerprints on everything. Low water pressure. Just not happy this time. I will be seeking other accommodations in the future."
