"We’ve stayed often at the Super 8. It’s always clean and welcoming. Staff is great. This trip our plans changed and they adjusted our reservation without penalty - great service. The breakfast is modest, but so is the price!"

"Breakfast was good. Staff very friendly. Toilet was loose. Reported it friday AM. Monday AM when we left……still nothing. Could have been a hazard. The hottub/spa inoperable. Never fixed. There’s NO maintenance workers?? Inexcusable. And there’s a Holiday Inn Express right across the street. "

"It's clean and it's cheaper than anything you'll get in Effingham. I've stayed here a number of times over the last ten years or so because it is perfectly situated between my home and destination. But the place is showing its age. The property desperately needs some upkeep. The rooms were refreshed a while ago and could stand to have another. Windows were filthy. Breakfast - get there early and you'll get a decent cup of coffee but the hot breakfast (an egg patty, sausage, and some tiny biscuits) is okay."
