"The hotel is undergoing renovation. But it is not well maintained and the room, hallways smell. Some lights done work well in the room I stayed in. Bar was closed for renovation."

"While the room was clean there weren’t but 2 towels in the room and when I asked for more I got 2 more. Both ice machines were broken and after using the washer I had to leave with a bag of wet clothes due to the dryer not drying as well. Upon checking in any questions we asked were met with frustration and a head nod. Sadly this staff needs more customer service training. I’m quite sure it was short staffed."
