"Clean and friendly environment "

"Everything was great. Love staying here when rooms are available. Close to the school and dining options. Cleaning staff should be commended. My son forgot his shoes but the staff recovered them and turned them in at the front desk. Love them so much. Thank you "

"The breakfast was very good, but the woman that was in the breakfast room arranging the food was extremely rude. She treated my 80 year old mother very bad. I complained to the front desk and they said many people have complained about her. I don't understand why the manager does not do anything about it. "

"Asked to clean the room the day before and day of to three different people including the general manager. Room wasn’t cleaned. Tease you about Otis Spunkenmeyer cookies but never gave it. Get rid of the oven. Breakfast items run out and they don’t replenish."

"The rooms were amazing—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was also incredible—very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. The location is a major plus, as the hotel is surrounded by everything you need, making it very convenient. The only downside was parking. When the hotel is full, finding a parking spot can be very difficult and frustrating. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely consider staying again."
