"Room is clean. Staff are friendly overall and eager to help. Food was good but not many options. Beach is great. Only complaint is Omar from the animation team. He was very rude and disrespectful in his communication and was inappropriately “joking” with me even after showing my dissatisfaction with his manner multiple times. "

"From the very first minute at check in the stay at the hotel was outlined. Reception staff and porters were very professional. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms in zone 7 were fantastic. Cleaners were very attentive at all times. The pool area was great as was the barman. The beach was also fantastic. The animation team, food and bar were all excellent. Lets get onto the food. The buffet which was available at all times had varied options for all. The al acarte restaurants were fabulous....

"The room was really cold and bed hard. I got ignored almost everytime I tryed to talk with the personel. First I thought it was gender related, but it might have been poor language skils. I was promised that someone would come, but that did not happen. So no toiletpaper, blanket, towels etc."

"The accommodation is good to use as a base, it could do with a bit of tlc, a lick of paint wouldn't go amiss as would a good clean of the windows. The beds were firm and the bed clothes were clean, the bed in the balcony room had a dip in the middle which could be sorted with a new mattress. We had a shower problem on the 2nd day which we reported to the landlord at 10:00 it was fixed with new parts by 14:30 on the same day so that was good. The bathroom in general could do with an upgrade but...

"Everythink was perfect. Security at the hotel is top level. Breakfast, lunch and dinner was very delicious. Everywhere is clean and cleaning every minute. Staff is friendly. Housekeeper Zaki is very helpfull and friendly. He is doing his job perfect. We are happy with everythink in this hotel."

"We are in the hotel for many years every Xmas. It always welcoming on a good level. Despite some typical Egyptian quirks, the area still boasts charm and natural beauty. Don't forget the windless bay of Ras Um El Sid (Fanar) which is vital in winter. Big sandy beach is also rare in the area."

"Great stay, quiet but close to Old Market and other amenities. Shuttles to partner hotels was nice to get a different scenery. Rooms could use updating but for the price you can't go wrong. Staff were great and helpful. Breakfast to the room was a huge plus!"
