"I got the family room which was spacious with two beds. The room and bathroom were clean. However, the shower drain was backed up and water wasn’t going down easily. Hence, some of the water overflowed outside the shower confines, but luckily there were drains under the sink and next to the toilet for the water to escape. Service was great! The only downside is that you may have loud speaking neighbors and if you’re next to the stairwell like I was, you can hear chatter from other floors."

The quality of service, housekeeping and catering is unrivalled and all provided with a genuinely wish to make sure you have the best stay possible.
I was sceptical about the location of the hotel being outside the city centre but it was great to return to the calm of the hotel after a busy day of sight...
