"Our first night was a bit of a disappointment as our room was overbooked. We had the room for people with physical disabilities which made us laugh as the bath was not easy access at all! The staff were really apologetic and we got a complementary meal. Following day our room was ready and we were amazed at our suite. Lovely! Beach just outside the hotel but pool (indoor and outdoor) were shared with the next door sister hotel. Still very lovely. Breakfast included and full buffet. Excellent and tasty. Many restaurants within easy walking distance and a large supermarket 30 minutes walk away. Buses to Dubrovnik frequent and cheap (€2.90 one way). Water taxi lovely but more spenny (€30 return). Nearly all the staff were lovely and helpful but one or two need to brush up on their communication skills and customer service. Would love to stay again though as genuinely a lovely place to stay."

"The location is excellent—within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. On-site parking with included valet service was also very convenient. The massage with Stevan was absolutely amazing. He was highly professional, kind, and provided an excellent treatment. We are vegan, however, and found the food options at the hotel disappointing. There was no vegan yogurt, sausage, or burger available in any of the restaurants. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much better range of vegan options."

"The infinity pool is the absolute jewel in the crown on this hotel/villa complex. It's just beautiful looking out over the sea and surrounding coastline both at sunset and during the day. The staff are friendly and keep the resort very clean too - there's a lot of sweeping and blowing of leaves going on! NB We stayed in Villa Barbara in Room 21, a corner apartment with a huge terrace. It had one bedroom with a double bed, plus two single beds in the spacious main room. Kitchen equipment is negligible and we were glad we brought our own tea/coffee/sugar etc as none is provided. The fridge was very useful. Breakfast, which is taken a few minutes' walk away at Taverna Plat, is admittedly rather average but any breakfast is better than no breakfast. It is slightly irritating that the bar only takes cash - there is an ATM but it charges around five euros per transaction so it's worth bringing cash with you. One evening we ate at Konoba Poseydon, a few minutes' walk around to the next cove, and the food was excellent. We also took an uber over to Mlini one night and had a fantastic meal in Konoba Lanterna. All in all it's good value and we will definitely return as it's very peaceful, with beautiful views and is ideally placed for trips into Dubrovnik, Cavtat etc. Oh, and we booked a tour to the Elaphiti Islands through the stand just outside Taverna Plat, and that was a huge success."

"Location was amazing nice rooms. Hooke of the check in staff were grumpy. We stayed here twice and the first time was an accessible room which we ere not informed of and the bathroom flooded really quick making it slippy. Great views of the bay though and easy walk to downtown restaurants."

"Great property! Staff was very friendly and capable. Helped with transportation needs for our group of 6. Short walk to the water taxi loading point. Some very good restaurants nearby as well. We enjoyed the great breakfast, the wellness center, etc. Highly recommend!!"

"The location is fantastic—you can easily walk to the bus station, church, grocery store, and the Old Town bus stop. The room is lovely and spotless, with a lovely balcony. The staff are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast comes with hot food, and the bed and pillows are super comfy. I’d definitely recommend it, and we’re already planning to come back!"
