A charming hotel within the walls of the old city, but away from the hordes of tourists. The staff is very helpful and pleasant. They have a beach buggy that can take you to a gate and taxi. Breakfast is varied and delicious.

The staff was very nice and trying to meet our needs. Our only complaint to the staff was the need for better lighting in the bathrooms and library. The level of lighting made it difficult to read, even in bed. Maybe a dimmer would work or a lamp next to seating areas. Otherwise only raves!

When they found out at 9:00 at night that I was allergic to gluten they ran out and got me gluten free bread and cookies. Location was perfect for walking everywhere. This is a smaller hotel nestled toward the back of the old city. It was very comfortable and the staff were very nice. At the time, I was the only guest staying there (since I was in the off season). However, I was certainly not given any sort of disadvantage for that. Breakfast came at the normal time and was given no pressure for when to show up for it. I was able to ask plenty of questions about the area, and the staff were readily available. Overall, I had an amazing time at this hotel.

Great value for money! The staff were very friendly, and the bar was excellent. A special thanks to the bartender, who was always welcoming and made every visit enjoyable. Our kids loved the swimming pool, and the rooms were cleaned every day. We had a wonderful stay and would happily come back again! 😊

The hotel is located very close to The Palace of the Grand Master down a narrow little street accessed through the Spainish Gate, away from the noise and bustle of the tourist streets but a 5 minute walk to any of the many restaurants within the Medieval Walls of the old city. A true gem.
