The place is beautiful. It's located up a hill, so if you don't have a car you can walk ~12 minutes down hill to a small cafe with good food for dinner. There is also a multi-course Michelin restaurant on site for several hundred dollars. There was no elevator, so we had to drag our luggage up and down steps and around narrow corners to get to the room. The room was nice and comfortable. Front desk staff was always very friendly and helpful. Room was large, kitchenette had appropriate supplies, and it was all very clean. We have stayed here 3 times and would definitely stay again.
This was so much more then we expected. We upgraded our room so we would have a beautiful huge balcony with a beautiful view. It was so peaceful and the view was worth every extra Dollar we spent. A lot of times you see pictures on the internet of your hotel and when you get there you are disappointed because it is not as nice as you thought it would be. But this hotel was so much nicer then we could have imagined. Loved it. I would highly recommend it.
Well run facility with easy access to the airport on their free shuttle. Great staff with good communication skills in multiple languages. They provide the hotel visitor card to get free use of Geneva public transport. The tram and bus stops are a few minutes walk away. A small shopping mall with a grocery store is also a few minutes walk next to the tram stop. A large shopping mall is two tram stops away to purchase anything you might need.
At first we were a little taken back. But it turned out to be a fantastic place to stay for three days. The setting is a bit rustic but charming. The staff is most helpful and kind. The room is on the smaller size for big people used to the large size of suites in the USA but is larger than the typical European rooms. We really liked it and will stay there again in the not too distant future.

The room - especially the bathroom! - was great; the front desk staff - especially Valentina! - was superlative; we loved the location; and we were delighted they were able to put us in our room right away when we arrived jet lagged at 9 am.

The room was good. The bed is soft. The couch is much firmer and so so to sleep on. I love that the number 10 bus is right there and can take you to the airport in minutes.
