The hotel is very good and new and well located if you want to be in Modiin. The staff are helpful and I found the breakfast to be more than adequate. On the downside it is far too expensive for what it is - a nice midrange hotel in Modiin rather than a luxury hotel in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. It also feels a bit cheaply built (e.g. signs falling off the walls) but as it's new that is not an issue at present. I noticed that some of the criticisms of the hotel in its earlier days have actually been...

I've stayed at this hotel twice when I've gone to Ben-Gurion airport . I love the staff the rooms and they have every service you want for a short stay hotel. Wi-Fi and a really delicious fresh breakfast. They even boxed A breakfast up for me when I have a really early flight. It feels very safe and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it and I would go back again when I'm there if I need a hotel near the airport. The only negative is it's an odd location that some taxi drivers did not...

When we arrive in Israel from the U.S.,we want a quiet, comfortable hotel near the Ben Gurion Airport. The Leonardo is a 30-minute taxi ride or a 30-minute train ride from the airport. Right across the street from the hotel is the train station so you can manage without a car. The rooms are very clean and modern. The business center features computers, newspapers, and generous snacks. The staff are very helpful.
