Very friendly, helpful hosts. Modern and cheerful, very clean apartment.

Upon arrival was greeted by staff and shown the spacious room. Parking was easy, as was the use of the downstairs kitchen. The property was well maintained and there was a gorgeous flower garden off the main house. Breakfast was good and plenty. Location was perfect, as we had just visited Alton Towers and was also close to grocery stores.

Lovely bed and breakfast and restaurant in a renovated arts and crafts public house. Dinner high quality and had many gluten free and vegan friendly options. Breakfast was included and tasty. All rooms are up a flight of stairs with no elevator, owing to the historic nature of the building. Great value for the price.

Was an OK property. Staff was friendly.

Great place to stay with our dog travelling between Scotland and the south coast. Just off the motorway but feels as if we are in the country

Fantastic hotel, looks great for weddings, it’s secluded and quiet. Beautiful property and great breakfast!

Nice dirt and paved trails for walking/running. Good gym, great pool with nicely set up locker rooms. Interesting memerobilia in cases and photos on the walls to capture the imagination of the younger foorball (soccer) enthusiasts and trigger fond memories in the older ones.

Hotel started receiving customers this month (August 24) so everything was nice and new. I would have liked to receive a warmer welcome from the person who checked us in. Asked if we could get a coffee from the machine which was in the breakfast area but was asked to get cups from our room I found this rude and surprising, the person did not want the cups in the breakfast room to be used due to breakfast time in the morning

I grew up near Tutbury and spent many an evening in the "D&P" but this was my first stay visiting from the US. My visit could not have gone any better - the staff were all so helpful, the food was excellent and the room very comfortable. The room had everything I needed but it was a bit cold (but I'm from California and this was in November!). Really enjoyable stay, I highly recommend staying here for a traditional hotel in a lovely village - especially around Christmas, the decorations were...
