"We had a nice overnight stay. it was a halfway house between Cornwall and east Sussex. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Breakfast was really good and well organised. The only issue we had was the curtains in our room (no.2) . They don't stretch all the way across, several hooks were missing and the middle bracket looked as if it was about to fall out the wall! We ended up holding it all together with pegs we'd travelled with Other than that all was good - a lovely old pub in a lovely part of England."

"We had a lovely stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and clean. We had breakfast included, I'm so glad that we did, the cooked choice was really good, including my partner's favourite chopped avocado. There was also a good buffet selection, I really enjoyed the blackcurrant and yoghurt pot and the fresh fruit pot."

"Absolutely wonderful staff, we got upgraded to a suite which was a bonus as it was our wedding anniversary. Treatment area is absolutely amazing and so relaxing, you can sit pre and post treatment to relax. Treatment was amazing!! Despite us being informed that a member of staff was off sick in the morning, so my husband and I had half the treatment time each, it was still amazing. Lunch was decent and breakfast was cooked upon request and tasted good. Thank you for a memorable experience!! The only downside was that there are no restaurants nearby, so we had to get a cab to the nearest one which proved a nightmare when trying to get back around 11."

"Really lovely hotel, stayed in a superior room and it was really nice, it was a little bit tired but the room was so interesting and historical with gorgeous window seats and fireplace and solid wood floors and a lovely big shower in the bathroom that it just felt really comfortable and relaxing. The food at breakfast was great, with a good selection, the only downside was the staff on breakfast service as they weren't around much and I had to go hunt for them a couple of times! This wasn't the norm though as the evening staff were very helpful."
