"I like that the property was clean but our room was in front of the highway and we can hear all of the cars all throughout the night. So if you’re not a heavy sleeper you will be awake the whole night. Like what happened to me. Breakfast is with a fee with $12 DISCOUNT. You also get a 1 complimentary drink but redeemable PM only not in the morning."

"Everytime I check in they change the amount. The webpage for this place doesn't say a pet fee, which they pick and choose what rate they want for each customer. I specify a room because of sleep issues and they say ok only to find out someone else has the room. I excuses for everything. Now they are expecting me to vacuum everyday because of my pet. They do a horrible job of cleaning and keeping things updated but I have to vacuum. I clean everything before I leave because respect others people property. There's no trace of my pets. One room doesn't have hot water, my refrigerator freezes my food, another one doesn't cool enough. The floor entrance doesn't get scrubbed. The driveway throws you in your car. You got to fight for a weekly deal if you're staying more than 3 weeks or a month. Need I say more. "

"Hot tub was out of order, eggs that were served for breakfast were gray in color, rooms were not cleaned doesn’t look like they changed the sheets on bed I would not recommend staying here if u don’t have to it was so disgusting "

"Pool and hot tub were out of service, room had burned out light bulbs, bathroom had a terrible urine smell and toilet was stained. We left the hotel and found somewhere else to stay that night. Front desk staff was also rude."

"When I checked in they put me in a room that had smelled like someone smoked in there for the last 2 days. So when I had to change rooms I no longer was allowed to have a king bed as reserved. Majority of the staff was rude and the showers were not even close to being hot, barely warm on every morning. I would honestly look for another hotel in the area before I would go here again "
