Nice clean would stay again

Suite was clean and plenty of room. Bed is comfortable and Olive Garden is in short walking distance. Overall experience was excellent.

Great place to stay for a quick trip to Busch Gardens!

Comfortable bed, good pillows, great shower, good breakfast and coffee. The only thing to be negative about was the ice machine wasn't working on our floor but the 4th floor was working.

Suite was spacious and comfortable, the kitchenette was a nice addition since this was an extended stay. Room was clean and well kept. Hotel is conveniently located near many restaurants, stores and entertainment. The only issue I found with the listing on hotels.com for this property is that it mentioned it had an indoor pool, which it doesn’t, so that definitely needs to be updated. Also, although it’s nice that breakfast is included during your stay, there are not many options in the menu and...

This property was very clean and comfortable. I stayed for 2 nights, and I will definitely stay again. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. The hotel was minutes away from shopping. The front desk staff was courteous and inviting. I stay in hotels often, and am very meticulous.....this one will not disappoint! Another plus is that NO PETS were allowed. I have really really bad allergies and sensitive skin. I cannot stay in places where pets are allowed.

Lobby was clean. The rooms buffered noise from the hallway as a middle school band was visiting from out of town. The noise from the kids did not disturb my sleep.

Stayed for four days...an extended weekend for a family gathering. The room was clean, well equipped, good AC, and quiet. Their breakfast buffet was yummy. The staff was very helpful, with a special thanks to Christina who helped me make some changes to my reservations

My daughter is attending ODU and we had a preview day the day after our stay there. Everything about our stay was great even though we didn't have time to enjoy the incredible breakfast offered! I happened to have a business as a house keeper and this place was incredibly clean...the cleanest I've ever stayed...keep up the good work on cleanliness, it means a lot to people. The only issue I had was that the toilet seat was loose but not a great big deal because it was CLEAN!!!! Will definitely...

It wasn’t near shopping or malls but it was extremely quiet and the service staff were attentive and polite.

Airport Shuttle was very convenient and hotel was located next to Mall and many restaurants. Very courteous and friendly staff.

Our king size room was very spacious and clean! The staff was courteous and professional, and the pool and hot tub were awesome after a full day exploring Williamsburg.

The property was clean. The room was clean. The staff was friendly. This is a good hotel to stay the night. We were only there for a night, but it was comfortable and well taken care of.

The Williamsburg Inn is a delightful place to enjoy a get-away, while visiting Colonial Williamsburg, or other area attractions. Upon arriving, we were met by the attentive staff who saw to our every need. When entering the hotel, we saw many vases of beautiful yellow roses grouped together, which complemented the attractive décor.
