Excellent stay at this hotel. Room was very large, clean, and comfortable. We had a king room and the large couch in the room was definitely a bonus.Bed was comfy. Shower head can use some updating but water was nice and hot. I always love staying here but this night I got the hotel room for my parents and my grandmother, who is 99, and suffering from dementia. My grandmother had an episode and wouldn't take her medicine and claiming that my mother kidnapped her. The staff dropped what they were doing and talked to my grandmother. One lady was busy cleaning rooms and when my grandmother started talking to her she stopped what she was doing. She even walked with her to the breakfast room and calmly just talked. My...

This is an older Motor Lodge with some room updates. The owners have done a good job with replacing old flooring with good tile and laminates, and good shower/tub area. Some new furniture pieces were also nice. Rooms are bigger than expected, which is nice for storing bikes and other recreation equip indoors. The four-bedroom house was well appointed; the kitchen is huge. Get the Honeymoon suite if you can it's immense! The c.1880s decorations in the B&B are impressive. The broad back deck is very large. Access was easy and convenient. Laundry on the first level.
