"Breakfast was great, property could use updates, our room the bathroom tile needed cleaned badly."

"On Sunday there were large numbers of people out for breakfast. Unfortunately it was obvious that they were not replenishing the eggs, and never added the bacon like on Mondayeven yogurt was not replenished. "

"Room was clean and we enjoyed our stay. On second day room was straightened but coffee condiments wasn’t refilled. No big deal though."

"Mold, peeling walls, torn up floors, toilet would not flush, light switch when you first walk in didn’t turn any lights on, light in vanity area would not turn on. Vents were rusted and hanging off, smoke detector was just open wires hanging, door would not close completely and the lock was henge was broken. Linens on bed were dirty. "

"The room was very large and very clean. The mattresses were very comfortable. I like that the part of the restroom with the toilet and walk-in shower was separated by a door from the vanity and sink area. This is nice when sharing a room. Water pressure was great but the HOT water ran out quickly! only bad thing was the Road noise from cars driving by. They had a noise machine in the room to help cover that sound which was appreciated. We did not go to the Lake was it was very close- walking distance. Overall, nice place to stay in Quitman! "
