"Very comfortable room (the ones with a balcony in the range 31-36 ish). Warm (it was end Nov), attractive, carpeted (always a bonus), beautiful sunrise view. We’ve tried all room types over 20 years at Val Moret but this is our favourite so far (already booked for next 3 visits). Reception lady was very helpful and attentive. This is a really good travelling stopover choice. The restaurant is consistently very good. Menu choices are seasonally varied and of a high standard. Presentation is excellent, flavours well balanced and varied. Desserts are always amazing. The waiting staff are professional and attentive. This restaurant punches well above its weight. Always have Champagne with your meal. "

"It was very quiet when we stayed, but was absolutely lovey. I stayed with my three young children, and the staff that were on were very helpful. After a long drive from Provence, they were very attentive and sourced me a very important wine glass for my bottle I brought with me! :-) "

"Our second visit to the premises, so no surprises. The owners offer comfortable accommodation. It is nice to stay here in the premises producing high quality champagne. Travel to Bar sur Aube for good food at reasonable prices. A good find last year and continues to be so"
