We really enjoyed our stay here! The cabin was small and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. The property is beautiful and quiet and is only a short drive away to downtown Wimberly and area’s like Jacob’s Well, The Blue Hole and Old Baldy. We appreciated the small added touches like the S’mores kit, tea, coffee and even firewood for the fire pit. This is definitely a place we will come back too.

The resort is very easy to find, but feels remote. Plenty of parking, super clean grounds. Cabin 109 was perfect for two adults. It’s essentially a studio; one giant room with two beds, a table, and the cutest little kitchenette with a microwave, mini fridge and freezer, and sink. There were no napkins, silverware, paper towels, or plates, so BYO if you plan on eating in the room. Coffee/ single Keurig was provided with pods, sugar and creamer. So, we have stayed here several times throughout the years. We love the cabin feel ans on the river. This stay our last night in after coming back from our gloat on the river about (8 o'clock pm) another guest i had been talking came and found me to let know they were leaving due to bed bug bites. It being our last night and a breezway between our rooms i chose to stay. I never really knew anything about a bed bug until we packed and left and arrived home and i started itching and bites started...
