"We would recommend staying here. The staff was very nice and helpful. The parking was very reasonable. It was a short Uber ride to Broadway and Ubers showed up within 5 minutes. It was clean. It was a great price. The free breakfast was really good. They sell sodas and snacks in the lobby. It was just what we needed for our trip. "

"My wife and I are glad we decided to stay at the Holiday Inn Express Downtown Nashville. The primary reason is the assistance provided by your employee, Julaina Smith. She is a Guest Experience Champion and helped us in so many ways. The temperature was in the 90's during our visit and she offered us water whenever we left or returned to the hotel. She explained to my wife and I the best way to get to the Grand Ole Opry, recommended when to leave for the performance at the Opry, assisted us in acquiring an Uber and walked us outside to show us where we would be picked up. She is kind, caring and knowledgable. You are well represented by her. Julaina is exceptional."

"One of the best experiences of staying in a hotel. This place was immaculate and so beautiful. It even smelled so good when you walked in lol. The employees were very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing! The view was great. Bed was very comfortable as well. This hotel is now our go to when we are in Nashville for appointments and for fun. "
