dog friendly, most areas recently refurbished, access from A55. For the price, this place is excellent. Breakfast was good, I had a freshly cooked breakfast, toast & a yoghurt. Decor is generally fresh. Plenty of parking. Nice, spacious grounds. Large dining room. "Price was very reasonable and a freindly welcome when we arrived, room was a good size with plenty of storage, in a beautiful area of the country, had seen some awful reviews after booking (the only review on expedia was fab) but feel that some of these were a bit harsh, yes the place could do with a bit of modernising but as they say you get what you pay for and we felt for the price it was not going to be a five star place, one thing I think could be greatly improved is their showers - run...
