The George was a great place to stay, dog friendly and all the staff were great and very welcoming and helpful. Although they don’t serve food in the evening, they were very accommodating, being very happy for us to bring a takeaway back to the dinning room to eat there. The breakfast was also excellent as were the staff waiting on!!.

This was a beautiful property. The surrounding area was picturebook. We had a very good meal and a good, comfortable sleep.
My only issue is the roads were very difficult getting there, so I could not recommend to a tourist with no experience with the narrow roads and remote location.

Every aspect of my stay at Hollamoor added up to make it an EXPERIENCE that I'll carry with me a long while. The room itself, Beaulieu, was in the 300 year-old barn overlooking gardens filled with spring flower blossoms. Ancient stone walls in the room contrasted with the most comfortable bedding and down-filled pillows you can imagine. The most amazing B&B I have stayed at. Their home is gorgeous, Caroline the host is fantastic. Bed was great, fresh milk at night so you can have tea in your room before breakfast. The breakfast was fantastic and had everything you could desire. What a view with a lovely old church right across the street. Highlight of places we have stayed in our 17 day holiday.
