This place was just fine. It's not the Four Seasons - Karens leaving bad reviews need to calm down. It's right off the highway in a town of 500, what you expecting? Clean room, efficient check in. Great location for a night's sleep after driving all day - and getting ready to drive all day the next.
Large room with two Queen size beds and one Twin. Big enough for a family of five. Comfortable, quiet, and relaxing. Only downfall was the spotty WiFi.
This was such a lovely surprise. We had an issue with our rental car and the Best Western staff went above and beyond to help us in any way they could - advice, local mechanic recommendations, using their own air compressor, etc. Their authentic desire to help made us feel like part of the family. The room was also big and clean and the breakfast was good!
The hotel is about 1 block from Wall Drug and the lively downtown strip. The entrance to Badlands NP is just a few minutes away. It’s a great destination when traveling through the area. The hotel is dated but well maintained, charming and quaint. The staff are super friendly.
Despite a late check in (22h30) the reservation was ready and clean,, a very large room with two queen beds, a new bathroom super clean , exactly what we expect.
