"Clean, safe, great employees, great atmosphere, "

"The room smelled horrible like body odor and cleaning supplies. The cleaning smell did not overcome the body odor stench, my clothes the next morning smelled like it. The staff during checkout said they would have the manager contact me, but they never did. This place is for out of town workers that just need a place to crash for the night, spend a few more $$ and stay over by Harbison. I will not be staying again, lesson learned."

"The lobby and our room was very clean and the front deso staff was super friendly and always greeted us nicely when entering and exiting. But there were sketchy looking people in the parking lot almost always, didnt pick up their garbage or anything and we left yesterday for a few hours and had a do not disturb sign outside our door but someone had been in our room. Lots of our stuf had been moved around and it definitely wasnt the cleaning staff, everything seemed to be accounted for but someone had been in there for sure. "

"Staff were not helpful at check in or several times when trying to get clean towels delivered to the room. They said they would bring to the room but never showed up. Then they said just pick up at the desk when we got back. When we did that, then they said we needed to bring the dirty ones down to exchange. But they couldn't bring to the room. No hair dryer in the room and apparently not anywhere in the hotel. Huge dead bug in corner of room. Each night of our stay, we were treated to endless knocking on walls and doors, loud voices, and on the last night a domestic dispute that probably should have had the police involved. Swimming pool was closed 2 of 3 nights we were there. Pancake machine was not working at least one of the days and the sausage gravy looked like it was the same from the day before. Beds and pillows were decent and we did at least sleep well."

"Breakfast was great. Nice variety of items. The lady taking care of the breakfast area kept the area clean and all the food items stocked. I think her name was Denise. The room smelled musty and a spritz of Lysol spray might help. "

"There is only one bench at front door to property. Smokers usually monopolize the bench. My husband and I are both handicapped and had nowhere to sit while waiting for family to pick us up. "

"Exterior of property was clean, staff was courteous but the interior of the unit was quite filthy. White socks turned black from filth on flood, cob webs on lamps, hair on sheets, couch was extremely stained and bathroom vent did not work. Overall not cleaned to satisfaction. "
