"Room was clean. Air conditioning worked fine but was loud making it difficult to sleep as it cycled on and off. Plenty of hot water for showers. Plenty of towels. Could have used more toiletries. Adequate breakfast. Front desk staff very hospitable. Room served our needs for a quick overnight, basic accommodation. "

"Staff were the best. Above any hotel I have ever stayed at. Room was nice. Not what I actually paid for . But it was nice so I left it go. Was hair clippings in the bathroom sink. Also hairs in the tub as well. Breakfast was good. Parking was good as well. Nice pool and hot tub. Over all nice place to stay. Did have some issues with noise. One night of our stay. When a large group of kids came in on busses. Lots of doors slamming and banging around. Loud voices. "

"It is definitely kid and pet friendly. Was nice to see kids aloowed to play and they left to go to their rooms at curfew. The staff was very curtious and helpful. Only issue was our toilet started leaking and then overflowed for no reason . Had to do a quick towel drop so as not to flood our room"

"The best thing about my trip to Pottsville was the front dest staff. Being so far away from home and being my first visit on the East was a bit nerve racking. However, the front desk was so friendly and helpful. One particular employees stood and and her name was Autumn. Excellent people skills."

"The last time I stayed here was prior to the pandemic. The place has received a major upgrade since then. The room was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good quality linens. The fridge and microwave were clean. The bathroom was spotless. I didn't have the breakfast in the morning but it was nice to have the option. All the staff I dealt with were friendly. Definitely a good place to spend the night if you're in Lehighton."
