"Room was ok. * Could have been cleaner (cobwebs on the light shades) * No bottled water in the room. * Only two teabags / no biscuits (like other hotels) Breakfast was ok * Buffet service - limited selection / machine coffee Desk staff - friendly and helpful"

"Generally the standard of hygiene could be improved dramatically , just very dusty and dirty in certain areas. They just need to hoover the carpet more. We had a blocked sink and the water wasn’t very warm despite setting to maximum. I understand other guests had similar issues. Positives were - very friendly staff, comfy bed and oreo snacks were nice"

"Stayed two times first time all good second time all ok except for breakfast as large que due to not enough food on full English so had long wait and when fresh arrived it soon went due to queue, wife came back with very little and I went for mine again still long queue waited mentioned to staff told on the way took a while for queue to get food I nearly gave up but I was hungry, so maybe use McDonalds Nxt door in future Shame"

"Hotel and spa was just what we were looking for, unfortunately there was a wedding/reception going on which made for a long wait to check in. Room was very clean and spacious, we had a meal at the racer bar which was good."
