Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. The grounds are spectacular and an easy walk to the beach. The staff were great especially Gerard. Room and ensuite bathroom nice. Dinner service the one night we ate there was extremely slow, but I suspect there was an issue in the kitchen that day and that was not the norm. We spent 2 nights there and I could have easily stayed longer! Thank you.

Very comfortable and spacious rooms. Even though it is on a main road, the double glazing kept out all noise making it very quiet at night.
