"Outdated property - batteries needed in tv remotes, new light bulbs in room lighting, brighter lighting in the hallways, fix elevators quickly, cleaning room when the Make Up sign is out on the door, Front desk needs to check if the room is cleaned before assigning to a new guest."

"Door only had one deadbolt, no chain. Bathtub had blood or rust in it. Roomed smelled like a smoking room. Breakfast was advertised but they only give you one granola bar, nothing else. Coffee was offered but it came from a machine, not fresh-brewed. Staff was very nice - but the rooms and property need an overhaul or deep cleaning very badly. Don’t advertise that you offer breakfast if it’s just a bowl of granola bars. "
