"The staff were polite, friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, whether at reception, in the breakfast area or at the bar. I’ve stayed here before and have always found the rooms to be clean, comfortable and well maintained. This time, I booked a twin room as that was the only option available to me. I was expecting two standard single beds, but they were actually larger than expected and probably the perfect size for one person. Parking is £8 per day, which I think is very reasonable considering the convenience of being able to park at the hotel. Overall, another really comfortable stay and I would happily stay here again."

"This is a really well run hotel. We had a large room with a super king sized bed. I asked for a softer pillow and housekeeping delivered one within minutes of asking. The pool is only small but it has a great jacuzzi (lovely and hot which often isn’t the case), sauna and steam room. The buffet breakfast was delicious. Obviously it’s not in a beautiful setting as it’s right in the junction of the A12 and M25 but it is a little haven of loveliness."

"Nice place & great location. Used for a work trip. Food was good & room was spacious & clean. The only down side was on arrival. I stood waiting for a drink & was acknowledged by 3 members of staff whilst waiting who turned their heads away from me. I waited a good few minutes before asking for assistance. The same thing happened on my next visit to the bar."
