"I probably won’t start here again. There were ants everywhere in the room and no breakfast for breakfast that was supposed to be included. There was little to no information when checking in. He was more worried about the $100 fee that was NOT told about upon booking the room. They only had a sign at CHECKOUT that there would be a $100 fee to be reimbursed. Which still has not returned to my account. And there were kids running up and down the hall ALL NIGHT "

"I never give bad reviews, however, even though the price is affordable I would not recommend this property.The property was a bit ran down. The room smell musty and old. Bathroom was not clean, with hair in the tub and on the floor, mirrors not clean, floor felt sticky. Family in the room next to us was yelling and kids were crying most of the night. Pool is closed and this was not noted until after we booked. Beds and pillows were comfy, breakfast was good. The parking lot was dark. Area seems questionable due to looking dirty and we saw drug paraphernalia in the parking lot. Our family was safe however I would not recommend if traveling with kids."

"We were only there for a few hours on a layover, but the staff was courteous in the room was very clean."

"Shower floor was dirty, shoe marks visible; mattress had multiple stains along the edges and fitted sheet didn’t cover the whole mattress. We were in the hotel for about 15 hours and didn’t need to use the shower or amenities so it was fine for us. A clean shower would have prompted a 5 star review. "

"This is the perfect hotel for early morning flights out of CLE. With breakfast included and a free shuttle to the airport, you really can't go wrong. Everyone is always friendly and welcoming at the front counter, especially Shannon. She goes above and beyond when it comes to customer service. This will always be my go-to. "

"Booked a room with two queen beds but the room had two full beds. Fitness center was closed and locked. Breakfast was lacking, barely any food at 8:00am till 10:00am. Internet was slow. Cleaning staff kept trying to get us to leave before check out. "
