"With a 16 month old we opted for a the larger disabled room. The room was very clean, roomy and comfortable. Bathroom was very spacious and clean too. Comfortable beds. Staff were extremely friendly, very attractive to our son. The breakfast was excellent with a huge selection of cooked and continental foods. The pancakes were especially lovely. Parking on site. It's a 10/10 from us "

"It is a clean and tidy hotel perfectly located. It is a bit dated and in need of some TLC. When I am back in Spalding on business, i will more than likely stay here again simply for its great location. "

"Staff are super friendly and helpful. I like the fact that the accessible rooms have a walk in shower opposed to climbing into a lowered bath, which some similar priced hotels nearby have. The location is convenient to where my family live, and away from the city centre, but adjacent to the showground, so depending upon which activities people wish to access, may impact customers choosing this venue."
