Hotels in Snow Camp

"The lady at check in was very nice and helpful. Can’t say anything negative about her. HOWEVER….the phone in the room did not work, which is a major safety thing for me. There was an older 30-35 Mexican guy right out side my door. He had his music up so loud, you could hear it at the front office more than 1000 feet away. This went on from 9pm until 4am. What’s worse??? He was shouting and yelling at people on his phone trying to over talk the loud radio playing. Finally after 3 hours, I went to the door and window and looked out to see what he was still doing with the music loud and yelling at people on the phone..he saw me. Came up to my door. Started pounding on it. Hitting the glass. What made it far more worse and uncomfortable and unexpected was the phone in the room did not work and I could not call the front desk not the police. I was in fear he was going to come and break in. My cell phone battery died and the outlet didn’t work so I could not use the cell. Made me very very uncomfortable and afraid for my safety! Will never come back! Won’t recommend this place either. $108 was not worth getting killed over!!!"

"The hotel was clean and modern. It was conveniently located and a short car ride to the university. My only issue was they were apparently having slow computer issues when we checked in. Therefore, it took us about 20-30 minutes to check in. Those things happen and not sure there was much they could do about it. It was just a little frustrating and inconvenient because we were trying to get to a dinner reservation and ended up arriving late to that. I would give them another shot if was in the area again though."

"The bathroom tub had peeling/cracked paint from the tub bottom. The treadmill in the gym was broken. The a/c didnt stay on no matter how low we set the temperature."

"The staff is wonderfully helpful, shout out to Sebastian, Julian and one young woman that I’ve forgotten her name at front desk (fair with longish, dark hair)."
