Missing remit for ac, king size bed was put together with two single beds and covered by a mattress, light fixtures missing plugs. Wi-Fi is not working, found bugs in the room.
The most ridiculous rule is you have to prove you are married to your spouse, and if you show them a foreign marriage certificate they will not accept it. You will have to rent two rooms if you want to stay with your wife in the same place.

Had a great stay at M Suite! The Staff were Amazing from security, front desk, housekeeping, waiters to shuttle driver! Very helpful and welcoming. Special thanks to Mohammed, Redouane and the brunette waitress at the breakfast (my apologies, I did not catch her name, even though she had a name tag on her). I have lived over 20 years abroad with lot of traveling all over the world, and I am happy to see our hotels reach such a great level of customer service. Keep it up and best of luck to all...

Excellent stay at HNR Hotel El Hamma. The hotel is very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff was friendly, attentive, and professional throughout the stay. The rooms were spacious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast was varied and good quality. The location is also convenient for both business and leisure trips. Overall, a very good experience and I highly recommend this hotel.
