"The rooms only had twin beds but were shown as full. The smallest bed I’ve seen, we were not able to accommodate my group in the rooms and I asked for an upgrade and was told they did not have any open reservations."

"Rooms are new, large, and spotless. Quality linens. Helpful friendly professional staff. Hotel is historic property on 149th street smack in the middle of retail commercial. Highly ethnic neighborhood. Great street food. Easy Uber pickups. My only negative is that there was no coffee in the rooms. But there was 24 hour coffee and fruit on the second floor."

"Room had been smoked in and smelled gross. 1 elevator was out of service on Saturday evening, both were out of service Sunday morning. Property was not accessible. No iron in room as promised, took 2 separate calls to from desk to get one."

"The hotel was terrible. The cleanliness was unacceptable, and the room was in very poor condition. The bed was dirty, the walls were damaged, and the floor was not clean. When we went up to the room, there was loud sexual noise coming from nearby rooms, and other guests were making excessive noise as well. I did not stay and left within 3 minutes of checking in, which meant I lost my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Management should do a much better job maintaining the property and ensuring a quiet, clean, and respectful environment for guests."

"The room was clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the parking was convenient. What I liked most was that the property was quiet and relaxing. One thing I didn’t like was that the key had to be changed often. Sometimes I would come back from walking or going out, and the door would not open, so I had to return to the front desk again. That was a little frustrating. Overall, it was still a good stay."
