"I had a stay here on Thursday. I was there for a conference and checked in early. I put my things in the fridge for when the I returned. When I returned at 5 the fridge had been emptied which contained drinks and a rather nice bottle of wine. When o spoke with the front desk they said they cleaned the room. I asked why would you clean a room that was just checked into an hour before. I demanded my things and they said it would take over and hour. When I demanded my things in 20 minutes the figured things out. I do not understand why you would go into someone’s room and remove something after they have checked in. Terrible response to my compliant as well."

"Brand new hotel. Everything was pristine. Casino river harbor and restaurants all in easy walking distance. Will definitely be back."

"Great hotel and a great location "

"The room was in poor condition and clearly not well maintained. There were stains on the sheets and on the window bench, the blinds were broken, and there was visible mold on the ceiling. I also found hair on both the sheets and the towels, which made it feel like the room hadn’t been properly cleaned over time. To make matters worse, the door’s deadbolt was loose and appeared to be falling off, which raised safety concerns."

"The room was very clean! The hotel was amazingly beautiful. The hotel staff including the front desk were so nice… the free shuttle service and the drivers were amazing! The bed on the other hand had one of the hardest pillows I have ever slept on. Like a rock to a garden… We went to the front desk to look for a place to get pizza and it would have been nice if we were directed to have the option of room service ordered or at least a menu in the room. Other than that it was a great overnight stay…"

"Fridge didn’t work and they had no other rooms and couldn’t fix it."

"The room was overheated to the point that sleeping was difficult. Another family complained about the same thing. My credit card was charged twice for $50 more than the price I was given, and given a receipt for. I called and the manager said the second charge was an error; the first was a hold that would be removed and the correct charge substituted. Overall, I probably won't stay there again."
