"I brought my 11 year old daughter for her very trip to NYC. Cutomer service was fantastic. Mohammed is who greeted us at the front desk for check-in, and I found him to be very friendly, welcoming and caring. He even rang our room 10 minutes after our arrival to ensure our satisfaction with the room. After an intense morning of traveling from out of state, his compassion, understanding and help was much appreciated. "

"Great staff—I cannot say enough about their friendliness, efficiency and willingness to accomodate the times I have needed to stay her. There is a clean well-designed room and a beautiful and affordable restaurant with a rooftop view of the city. There is a DJ and dancing too. They serve brunch and are open until midnight with cocktails. The main entrance has lovely furnishings and you can work there. It is a central UWS location for the arts whether work or leisure. The hotel always boasts deals that are approx $110/night This deal is not all the time—you have to look— and it can be pricey other times like all the NYC hotels, but this place can be a GREAT safe deal. Coffee, restaurants and subway is nearby. Parking available but is pricey ($90 oversized vehicle). Cans stop right in front. Incredible Gelato and French macaroons next door and even Starbucks and a nearby CVS for the basic or familiar needs. Perfect if you are going to Lincoln Center. "
