Very nice spot to stay!

The "About Laurel MT" Laminated Page left on the bed was full of typos and poorly structured sentences, so I brought it to the front desk and pointed them all out to the staff there.

Traffic noise at night was bad.

This was the first time i've ever stayed at this hotel in particular but I definitely will be staying here more often due to it's cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff. Granted not everyone will share my opinion but I for one was pretty impressed. I usually stay at the same hotel's when staying overnight cause of my back and now that I know hotels' beds aren't complete concrete, I have officially found another place to stay when spending another night in billings, mt.

Clean and close to Dr. appointments.

Great property! Very nice to have a 2-car garage to park in. The apartment is very large, and being above garages had no people sounds and a great view. It’s a little ways from some destinations, but worth it.

This hotel is the hidden jem of Billings. The location has tons of food and shopping surrounding it. The location is in a better part of town, safe and quiet. You will not find a cheaper hotel in Billings, the rooms are clean and service is fantastic. I will be back.

The beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly

Best hotel we’ve stayed in during our cross country road trip! Perfect pool situation for our kiddos. Clean. Affordable. Breakfast was great. Really happy overall!

Hotels.com failed to note that we were supposed to have a handicap room...even tho I emphasized that my Mom is in a wheelchair and when I made the reservation he assured me that was what he put on the reservation. We had a very difficult time getting her in the bathroom at night. The hotel had no handicap rooms left when I called to make sure about our reservation, but they did move us nearer the hall bathrooms...but Mom would not go out in the hall in her nightclothes. We probably won't...

Liked the kitchenette in the room. Was a little concerned about the main doors being locked (no key access) at 9pm because we had a traveler with bad knees so entering through a side door would mean longer walks. We managed to be back each night before the main doors were locked.

Our favorite Hotel to stay at. I love the comfortable bed, clean, nice shower, and a big TV.

I took a Christmas road trip from Colorado to Banff in Canada, and Billings was my stopping point for the night. The Best Western Clock Tower was the best hotel I stayed at during my trip. The room was super spacious. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best free breakfasts of anywhere I've stayed. Next time I'm going through Billings, this is where I will stay.
